Clinical Pathway Engine™ · Beta service
Terms of Use
Version 1.0 · Last updated 23 July 2026
Nature of the service
The Clinical Pathway Engine™ beta is a structured intake and clinician-review service. A patient submits information; a healthcare professional reviews it; a pathway report may then be prepared and delivered. The system does not provide an instant or automated diagnosis and does not automatically select treatment.
Not for emergencies
The service is not monitored for emergencies or rapid clinical deterioration. A patient must stop and seek urgent care when warning signs apply. In Switzerland, call 144 for a medical emergency.
No replacement for examination
The report provides treatment-pathway information only. It cannot establish a definitive diagnosis, confirm that a treatment is safe for a particular patient, or replace physical examination, physician consultation, diagnostic testing, emergency care, or another appropriately qualified professional assessment.
Accuracy and clarification
The patient is responsible for providing information that is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Missing, inaccurate, outdated, or misunderstood information can materially change the pathway. IMG Clinic may request clarification, recommend examination, or decline to prepare a report where information is insufficient or safety cannot be assessed responsibly.
Evidence and uncertainty
Evidence may be incomplete, conflicting, indirect, or not fully applicable to an individual. The report may describe several reasonable options, uncertainties, contraindications, escalation criteria, or areas requiring medical assessment. No best-treatment guarantee, cure, precise recovery time, or certain outcome is promised.
Delivery and timing
Submission confirms receipt, not acceptance of a clinical case or a guaranteed delivery date. Timing depends on completeness, clarification needs, clinician availability, and the complexity of the evidence review. Reports are delivered through a secure link when available or by an appropriate manually agreed method.
Documents and acceptable use
Only relevant PDF, JPG, or PNG documents may be uploaded. Do not upload executable files, unlawful material, information about another person without authority, or documents unrelated to the assessment. IMG Clinic may remove unsafe, excessive, or irrelevant material.
Intellectual property
Clinical Pathway Engine™, the assessment structure, website presentation, and report format remain protected materials of their respective owner. A patient may use their own report for personal healthcare purposes and may share it with their healthcare professionals.
Changes and withdrawal
The beta may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn while it is evaluated. Material changes to consent, privacy, or medical limitation wording require a new version. A patient may request correction or withdrawal through img.geneva@gmail.com.
